Q&A with "King of Aces"

I posted a few days about the 51st ace of Mancil Davis' career. Davis is a native Texas known as the "King of Aces" because he is the professional world record-holder.

He's also sort of a "Zelig" of Texas golf, I've discovered. Because over at Waggle Room, my colleague Mulligan Stu has conducted an interview with Davis that is very fun reading. Davis talks about drinking tequila with Willie Nelson, caddying for Tom Weiskopf and Hale Irwin, working for Doug Sanders, and one ace that hit a tree and then bounced off a sprinkler head before going into the hole!

Check it out.
