Y.E. Yang Appearing at Play Golf America Day in Dallas May 15

A notice from the Northern Texas PGA about the Dallas stop for Play Golf America Day:

DALLAS, Texas – An exciting day of free golf activities will be held during the annual PGA Play Golf America Day at City Pointe Golf Center in Dallas on Saturday, May 15 from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This event is designed to provide free expert instruction to golfers of all ages and skill levels, introduce new golfers to the game and provide equipment testing from the best brands in golf today.

Highlighting the day will be a free clinic conducted by the reigning PGA Champion Y.E. Yang. In addition, more than 15 PGA Professionals from the Northern Texas PGA will be providing instruction during free 10 minute lessons and complimentary golf clinics for children and adults on all facets of the game regardless of skill level.

Several of the golf industry’s leading equipment manufacturers, including Cleveland Golf, Cobra, Nike, and Titleist will be on-site to provide hands-on testing of the hottest products in the market today. Attendees will be able to test equipment on the driving range as well as receive product insight from the representatives of each manufacturer.

Additionally, attendees will have the opportunity to compete in long drive, chipping and putting contests throughout the day as well as win prizes compliments of the Crowne Plaza Invitational at Colonial and HP Byron Nelson Championship during free raffles. The Play Golf America Day is sure to be a fun and interactive golf experience for men, women, and children of all ages and skill levels. Admission is free to the general public and the first 500 people in attendance will receive a free PGA t-shirt!
