Romo's Sectional Qualifier on Monday

Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo is one of 36 golfers competing for two spots in the field at the 2010 U.S. Open in a sectional qualifier on Monday at The Club at Carlton Woods in The Woodlands.

Romo tees off at 9 a.m., playing with Thomas Hagler of Cypress and Dustin Wigington of Oklahoma City.

In a one-day, 36-hole qualifier, anything in possible. But among the pros Romo will have to beat out are Bob Estes, Craig Kanada, Steve Elkington, Roland Thatcher and Ryan Baca.
