Burgoon Claims Adams Tour Championship

The 2010 Adams Tour Pro Golf Series wrapped in Mississippi with the First Tee of Meridian Tour Championship, played Oct. 6-9 at Northwood Country Club in Meridian. And former Texas A&M star Bronson Burgoon was the winner.

Bronson Burgoon, from The Woodlands, edged Kyle Ellis, from Senatobia, Miss., by one stroke to earn the $13,500 prize. The two were tied entering the final round and both posted excellent scores, but Burgoon's 66 bettered Ellis' 67.
